How much of my time does it take?
About 1 hour a week, in a working session on your real work.
Do I need to be good with technology or AI?
No. We build it with you, in your existing tools or new ones where needed, and coach you until you're comfortable.
How much is the investment?
Packages depend on how many workflows we take on (60 or 90 days). We'll give you the exact price on the discovery meeting, once we know it fits.
What if I need new tools?
We'll tell you before adding anything new. Any additional tool subscriptions are your responsibility.
What happens after the program? How do I keep my workflows running?
Everything we build is yours to keep. From there, you choose how involved you want to be.
Focus on results. We build the workflows with you and you use them. Retainer packages are available for ongoing support and improvements.
Learn as we build. If you want to understand how it all works and run it yourself, we teach you while we build. This is a separate package with an additional investment. Ask about it on the discovery meeting.
Is my business data kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is confidential, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Why not just use free resources or YouTube myself?
You can, but most owners don't have the time to turn them into working systems. We find the right tasks, build the workflows with you and make sure they stick.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Discovery meetings are on Google Meet. Sessions are remote, and in-person sessions in the Raleigh-Durham area are available for an extra fee.
